4 Week Programmes 

Our 4 week programmes are an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself through practising the Leaves Healing Techniques. We will support you on a journey of self discovery, healing and change. You will learn about the philosophies and techniques of esteemed Japanese Healer Yumiko Asakura who leads lectures, guided practises, reflections and group discussions. 

When you finish each course you will be ready to begin using these techniques in your everyday life. You will also receive an official certificate from Leaves Institute. Each of these short courses can help you to identify and overcome problems and begin practises which improve your own life and wellbeing. You will naturally begin a healing journey when you study with Yumiko Asakura.

Our aim at Leaves Institute is to help you to realise your truth, experience true joy and begin to understand your personal purpose (who you are).  We believe that these elements are fundamental to your own healing journey. Our courses aim to help you live a better, healthier and more fulfilled life so that you can help to heal yourself and bring harmony to the world around you. You will experience healing as you learn.

The courses are delivered on our online learning platform which is available on desktop and as an app and allows learners to work flexibly to suit their own lifestyle and commitments. 

You can take the courses in any order. The courses are available every term.

Jikochiyu (Continuous Self-Healing)

Short Course

This course teaches you the basic foundations of the Jikochiyu (Continuous Self Healing) Technique. Helping to set you up on your path of self healing.

The course encourages: 

  • Awareness and understanding of yourself 

  • Continuous Self healing energy techniques

Fuku Meiso (Meditation for Health and Happiness)

Short Course

This course teaches you the basic foundations to develop the skill of meditation. The aim is to use meditation as a useful tool to enhance everyday life. 

The course encourages: 

  • The ability to calm the overactive mind

  • Experience true relaxation, peace and tranquility

  • The ability to find solace in times of difficulty or trauma

  • See yourself in a positive light (self-compassion) 

  • Recognise your own best qualities (self appreciation and self love)
