JIKOCHIYU OVERVIEW
In order to heal – whether our pain is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual – we first need to develop a greater awareness and understanding of ourselves, who we are and what we need in order to thrive.
Our Introduction to Jikochiyu - Self-Healing course encourages you to become really curious about yourself, what matters to you and what holds you back. You will be invited to keep a journal throughout the course and we will teach you different techniques to help you increase your self-awareness and intuition. Find out more information below.

Week-by-week you will build up a range of practical tools that support you to connect to your true purpose in life, overcome problems and find greater contentment, fulfilment and happiness. As part of a supportive community of fellow students, you will learn practices like meditation, self-reflection and connection to your own powerful healing energies.
The course consists of 4-hour online workshops over a four week period. At the end you will receive a certificate of completion. Please note you will need to be available the week before to login to the online platform as well as a week after to submit your assignment.
If you are interested in studying for a Diploma in Self-Healing – Jikochiyu you will need to complete this foundation level course so you are familiar with the basic principles and practices.
