WHAT IS THE BIG RETREAT FESTIVAL?
A four day wellness event in Pembrokeshire, Wales. 23rd ~26th May 2025.
There is an abundance of activities & experiences: fitness, yoga, talks, workshops, foraging, feasting, arts, bush-craft, live music and more, while indulging in wild swimming in the invigorating fresh air; Leave the world behind on the stunning, unspoiled western edge of Wales.
Japanese Shaman, Master Healer, Alchemist and founder of Leaves Institute, Yumiko will be appearing at The Big Retreat Festival.
It is a rare opportunity for people in the UK to meet Yumiko in person and experience her unique healing approach.
Yumiko will be hosting 2 Free talks and 2 workshops. (see below)
She also schedules Private Healing Sessions through out the event. This customised healing, alchemy and channelling advice session facilitates your personal needs and issues.

Spiritual Awakening Explained

Learn about Spiritual Awakening and what to expect.
Spiritual awakening can be a confusing experience for people. In this talk, you will receive essential knowledge and guidance for when you are going through this process. You will also have a chance to experience authentic Shamanic drumming that guides and stimulates your body and soul to be healed and awakened.

Creative Therapy
Saturday 5:30 – 6:15pm
Yumiko used to teach and research child psychotherapy and transpersonal psychotherapy in Universities in UK. Creative Therapy is developed by the integration of healing and psychotherapy with universal alchemical knowledge of transformational creation.
Yumiko will talk about how you can transform yourself and situation using creative approaches.

'Healing Hands'
Saturday 3pm–5pm
Have you ever felt wanting to ease your family member’s pain?
It is a wonderful gift to be able to help somebody to feel better and happier. You can give hope and relief during difficult times and moments.
This is a perfect workshop for you to learn a skill you can use to help yourself and others for the rest of your life.
Yumiko will initiate you with the skill to heal yourself, your family and friends.
You will learn how to ease physical and emotional pain, unwellness, aching pain, uncomfortableness, anger, sadness, anxiety, fear.
A special ‘Ki’ energy healing will be initiated to each person, so you can start healing yourself and your friends and your family immediately.
No former experience needed. Age recommendation 16+.

'Creative Therapy'
Sunday 10am –1pm
Experiential workshop of healing and understanding the aspects of yourself.
This is a very powerful workshop to help you transform. You will be happy and confident about yourself. You will gain insights about your life direction.
You will also learn to receive 'wisdom from within', which will bring further positive changes in your life.
As a part of the workshop, you will create a 'symbol of protection' to protect yourself and stay positive. It will help you to continue to use the wisdom, lessons and life direction which you will gain from this workshop and create a better happy life.
Age recommendation 14+.
